Tobi J. Long, 31, of Brooklyn, was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Groton City

David Garcia, 26, of 510 Thames St., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Steven St. Laurent, 23, of 7 Ponds Road, was charged Friday with driving while his license is suspended.

Groton Town

Nick T. Cole, 39, of 233 Upper Pattagansett Road, East Lyme, was charged Friday with driving a vehicle without a valid license plate, misuse of marker plate, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving while his license is suspended.

Angel Oquendo, 39, of 89 Ledgewood Road, No. 104, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Roberto Reyes, 29, of 368 Meridian St., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to have vehicle lights on and failure to obey stop sign.

Damian Hampton, 31, of 45 Cargo Master, Pope Air Force Base, N.C., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Wayne A. Clark, 23, of 1125 Flanders Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Jackie Niemi, 41, of 106 Dewey Ave., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Ledyard

Howard Kaminske, 49, of 682 Colonel Ledyard Highway, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

New London

Sean Spano, 27, of 28 Cape Ann Court, was charged Friday with driving too fast for conditions and evading responsibility.

Reginald Collins, 45, of 28 Mercer St., was charged Saturday with violation of probation and breach of peace.

Norwich

Angelo Lorenzo, 30, of 12 Oak St., was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Giuseppe Falzone, 48, of 2 Orchard St., was charged Saturday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree failure to appear in court and interfering with an officer.

Michael Fitzgerald, 51, of 251 Laurel Hill, Apt. 4, was charged Saturday with creating a public disturbance.

Plainfield

Rondon Tinker, 20, of Moosup, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

Eric Rainville, 27, of 53 Pickett Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Carmel A. Garcia, 32, of Coventry, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain an established lane.

Talon Amado, 27, of 47 Coachman Pike, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer and breach of peace.

Richard Martone, 31, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Wednesday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

James T. Hubbard, 40, of 205 High St., Niantic, was charged Friday with first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Waterford

Landon Marino, 18, of 45 Roseleah Drive, was charged Friday with possession of alcohol by a minor.
