Groton Town

Diana L. Khal, 56, of 128 Meridian St., Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

Victoria Winkler, 41, of New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

Norwich

David Rose, 29, of 303 Mohegan Park Road, was charged Saturday with four counts of breach of peace and four counts of second-degree harassment.

Sean L. Hughes, 26, of 107 Sandy Lane, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Ganelle M. Huberty, 26, of 107 Sandy Lane, was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.

State Police - Montville

Brandi Campbell, 20, of West Warwick, R.I., was charged Saturday in North Stonington with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

James Creamer, 21, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Saturday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

James B. Delmhorst, 33, of 11 Oak Drive, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to have proper insurance.

Waterford

Mustafa Macca, 48, of Norwich, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Cleundry Ceyphes, 40, of 20 Reed Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Amber Lapointe, 22, of Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failing to provide proper insurance.
