Groton City

A juvenile was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hallucinogens.

Emily Cichon, 19, of 211 Morse Ave., was charged Monday with possession of hallucinogens.

Christopher Sullivan, 31, of 14 Hampton Ave., Apt. 1A, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Groton Town

Daniel S. Santos, 25, of 141 Breezy Knoll Drive, Mystic, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Amanda M. McLaughlin, 22, of 141 Breezy Knoll Drive, Mystic, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Jessica C. Santos, 23, of 141 Breezy Knoll Drive, Mystic, was charged Monday with second-degree burglary, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a child, breach of peace and criminal attempt to possess narcotics.

Aborn O. Smith IV, 28, of 80-2 Buddington Road, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain proper lane.

Scott M. Bennard, 41, of Moosup, was charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without proper insurance.

Montville

Rogelio Garcia-Delgado, 27, of 273 Route 163, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and unlawful restraint.

New London

Sean Campbell, 39, of 168 Route 2A, Preston, was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

Luis Costas, 48, of 48 Crystal Ave., Apt. A25, was charged Tuesday with a cell phone violation and driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Richard Goode, 22, of 483 Canterbury Turnpike, Taftville, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive right.

Armand Forand, 50, of no certain address, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Wilfred L. Hart, 28, of 168 West Thames St., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

State police - Montville

Amy J. Walsh, 30, of Jewett City, was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Eric J. Ferguson, 27, of 161 Bishop's Crossing, Griswold, was charged Tuesday in Griswold, with third-degree larceny.

Harold McNeely, 49, of 237 West Main St., Niantic, was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper registration, failure to have minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.

Nathaniel Mountzoures, 20, of 35 Irvingdell Place, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper registration, failure to have minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.

Waterford

Ronald Wiggins, 32, of 80 Maple Ave., New London, was charged Monday with evading responsibility and failure to drive in a proper lane.
