Groton Town

Paul C. Lamontagne 26, of Enfield, was charged Wednesday with third-degree forgery, failure to obey a stop sign and failure to signal a turn.

Ledyard

Ryan R. Brown, 23, of 2 Ramblewood Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to respond to an infraction.

Montville

Orion L. Hamilton, 24, of 170 Depot Road, was charged Thursday with reckless use of the highway by a pedestrian and interfering with a police officer.

Richonda Patterson, 31, of Woodstock Valley, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to carry proof of insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

New London

Jason Pangilinan, 29, of 167 Wintechog Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of a protective order, threatening and breach of peace.

Shawn O'Leary, 38, of 97 Thames St., Apt. 2, Groton, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

John Bronson, 49, of 65 Ridgeview Circle, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Norwich

Teri G. Brosofske, 39, of 37 Arnold Place, was charged Wednesday interfering with a police officer, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Jerome Congress, 25, of 99 Cedar St., was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

Shelly A. Rush, 39, of 16 Franklin St., Apt. 207, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

Xavier Dixon, 34, of 91 Fifth St., was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass.

Arthur Rich, 45, of 242 Broadway, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass.

Paul Bizzaro, 54, of 10 Railroad Ave., was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass.

David Stock, of 10 Railroad Ave., was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass.

State police - Montville

Nicholas B. Brennan, 19, of 17 Havens Road, Westerly, was charged Wednesday in North Stonington with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Mark Lindenber, 46, of Richmond, R.I., was charged Wednesday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of cocaine.

David Goddard, 39, of 22 Ritas Way, Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Montville with criminal violation of a protective order.

Waterford

Zane Megos, 52, of 31 Dellwood Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to carry proper insurance.

Martin Jello, 49, of Rocky Hill, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

John Hindman, 25, was charged with driving with a suspended license, criminal impersonation, attempt to commit a crime and escape from custody.
