Groton City

Kevin Banta, 25, of 93 Georgia Road, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Groton Town

Jacquelyn V. Moore, 21, of 30 W. Pleasant St., New London, was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny.

Jeremiah D. Johnson, 24, of 1703 Center Groton Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and sixth-degree larceny.

Patricia V. Stenz, 53, of 550 Lantern Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failing to obey a traffic control signal.

Carl L. Henderson, 27, of 33 Tilley St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana, refusing to submit to fingerprints, driving without a license and failing to drive in the proper lane.

Raymond K. Seacrest, 51, of 299 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Paul M. Koelle, 21, of 99 Ocean View Ave., Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failing to drive in the proper lane.

New London

Antonio Almeida, 43, of 26 Walnut St., Lyme, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

Minera Bell, 27, of 206 Jefferson Ave., was charged Friday with violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

Tiffany Griffin, 30, of 64 Belden St., was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor.

Victor M. Shaw, 19, of 287 Elm St., was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Javier Torres, 21, of 7 Briggs St., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

Eugenio Perez, 26, of 106 B St., Groton, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and having illegally tinted windows.

Patrick E. Zeimet, 30, of 7 Wild Rose Ave., Waterford, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

State police - Montville

David A. Williamson, 41, of 920, Norwich Road, Plainfield, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an improper turn.

Waterford

Jessica Olszewski, 30, of 51 Star St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Richard Nemeth, 59, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal trespassing.

Christopher Pond, 39, of 20 Cinderella Lane, was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor, driving an ATV without a valid registration and driving an ATV on an open highway without a permit.
