Groton Town

Charles A. Packer, 29, of 45 Pawcatuck Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

New London

Zachary Rouisse, 19, of 40 Miner Ave., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana and third-degree trespass.

Phelicia Hook, 22, of 20 Naomi Drive, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana, third-degree trespass and delivery of alcohol to a minor.

Kyle Burrell, 19, of 7 Sunshine Road, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana and third-degree trespass.

Brian Rose, 23, of Taunton, Mass., was charged Wednesday with reckless driving and failure to carry an operator's license.

Lawrence Facchini, 26, of Bozrah, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure in court, violation of probation, second-degree larceny, interfering with police and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Emmett Buhler, 27, of 40 Eastern Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with third-degree hindering prosecution and possession of drug paraphernalia.

State Police - Montville

Timothy Murach, 18, of 302 Bayonet St., New London, was charged Thursday in Montville with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Alex Mulholland, 23, of 102 Arrowhead Drive, Griswold, was charged Thursday in Griswold with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Giro Durante, 45, of 17 Riverdale Road, Westerly was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and disobeying the order of a police officer.

Waterford

Tywan Jenkins, 41, of 60 Pearl St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of marker plates and failure to carry proof of insurance.

Frederick Clay, 57, of 6 Colchester Commons, Colchester, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and criminal impersonation.

Meagan Madore, 26, of 37 South Road, Bozrah, was charged Wednesday with cruelty to animals.

Kenneth Hunt, 27, of Waterbury, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility, following too closely and failure to carry proof of insurance.

Shawn O'Leary, 28, of 97 Thames St. Groton, was charged Wednesday with criminal impersonation, disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stacy Taylor, 31, of 563 Boston Post Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
