Groton Town

Douglas Medin, 21, of 122 Midway Oval, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana.

Montville

Thomas Flynn, 23, of 104 Woodland Drive, Apt. D, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.

New London

John Hampton, of 15 Prospect St., Old Lyme, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ned Willis, 55, of 9 Blackhall St., was charged Wednesday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, cultivation of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Heather Houle, 31, of Waterbury, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Norwich

Henry Wickham, 50, of 146 Rockwell St., Apt. 3, was charged Wednesday with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chad Peacock, 39, of no certain address, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Daniel Serrano, 38, of 9 Fowler Ave., was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and interfering with an officer.

State Police - Montville

Joseph Scovish, 46, of 484 Old Colchester Road, Montville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with third-degree assault, breach of peace and two counts of violation of a protective order.

Anthony Brennan, 59, of 3 Carolina Drive, Oakdale, was charged Wednesday in Ledyard with illegal storage of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Lori St. Jean, 43, of 368 Grindstone Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday in Montville with two counts of violation of probation.

WaterfordGeorge May, 35, 94 Oswegatchie Road, was charged Tuesday with driving with suspended license and failure to drive in a proper lane.
