Kuahilla S. Smith, 33, of 74 Fitch Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with failure to respond to an infraction.

Groton Town

Chad J. Wright, 36, of 56 Three Acre Road, was charged Wednesday with first-degree larceny, first-degree identity theft and six counts of illegal use of a credit card.

Michael Houston, 24, of 158 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 154, New London, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

Jeffrey Goodale, 28, of 621 Bank St., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, engaging police in pursuit, failure to have head lamps illuminated, failure to drive right and evading responsibility.

Norwich

Angela Martin, 32, of Moosup, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Stephen Doyle, 50, of Brewster, N.Y., was charged Tuesday in Mohegan with second-degree failure to appear in court and criminal trespass.

Silvano Delacruz, 35, of Fairfield, was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Kerrielynn Craven, 42, of 265 Flanders Road, Apt. 333, was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with possession of a controlled substance and sixth-degree larceny.

Ryan Hall, 28, of 18 Meadow Wood Drive, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday in North Stonington with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Benjamin Bates, 47, of 361 Flanders Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving under the influence, traveling fast and failure to drive right.

Joseph Buthune, 30, of 84 Phillips St., was charged Monday with second-degree assault, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, criminal violation of a protective order and attempt to commit a crime.

Calvin Baptista, 22, of Bridgeport was charged Monday with first-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit a crime and sixth-degree larceny.

Nicholas McFee, 26, of Bridgeport was charged Monday with first-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime and sixth-degree larceny.
