Groton City

Rachel Dlizarraga, 22, of Deep River, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Ramon Echevarria-Perez, 23, of 150 Gilbert St., New Haven, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have proper insurance, improper use of marker plates and improper use of high beams.

Montville

Barbara Colon, 31, of 168 Sandy Lane, Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Norwich

Thuwesdia Robinson, 21, of 29 Mospic St., was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer, two counts of third-degree criminal trespass and two counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

New London

Julio A. Zayas, 41, of 199 Shaw St., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and second-degree strangulation.

Dani Vining, 40, of 65 Shaw St., Apt. 1A, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and breach of peace.

Juan Carlos, 28, of 34 Broad St., Apt. 2, Groton, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal trespass and interfering with a police officer.

Catherine Delucia, 54, of 88 Riverview Ave., was charged Friday with evading responsibility and improper passing.

Louis Tackling, 50, of 174 West Main St., Apt. 1, Niantic, was charged Saturday with possession of crack cocaine.

Monaris Rivera, 24, of 70 Washington St., was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Whitney Phillips, 20, of 6 Birmingham Court, Groton, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

State Police - Montville

Kevin Michaud, no age listed, of 17 Regina Road, Lisbon, was charged Sunday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling too fast for conditions and interfering with a police officer.

Waterford

Steven Fraser, 25, of Windham, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to stop at a stop sign.
