Groton City

Erik J. Scudler, 19, of 157 Mather Ave., was charged Thursday with two counts of third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree strangulation.

Groton Town

Suzanne K. Izzo, 58, of 306 Post Road, Westerly, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Anthony Ruiz, 19, of 16 Brewer St., New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree forgery, evading responsibility and driving without a valid license.

New London

Jody Hiatt, 42, of 12 Main St., Centerbrook, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal.

Kevin J. Pugliese, 41, of 28 Gardner Circle, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and operating a drug factory.

James J. Geddies, Jr., 27, of 36 Cleveland Ave., Hartford, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.

Darius Grinner, 23, of 19 Park Circle, Marin City, Calif., was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.

Michael Dakos, 31, of 63 Lincoln Ave., was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Norwich

Fredric Gaumer, 61, of 79 Maple St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with leaving a child in a motor vehicle unaccompanied.

Juan Coles, 23, of 52 Meeting House Lane, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Darren F. Mitchell, 42, of 21 Hickory St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with second-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny.

Jennifer K. Mitchell, 38, of 21 Hickory St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

State Police - Montville

Michael Nylen, 58, of 51 Miller Road, Preston, was charged Thursday in Preston with second-degree assault, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Lindsay K. Chester, 23, of 33 Upper Walnut Hill Road, East Lyme, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance less than 4 ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory and unauthorized manufacture, sale of marijuana.

Dominick J. Crisanti, 33, of 33 Upper Walnut Hill Road, East Lyme, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with criminal possession of a pistol or revolver, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance less than 4 ounces, and unauthorized manufacture, sale of marijuana.

Julie Anne Riggle, 39, of 149 River Road, Preston, was charged Friday in Montville with driving with a suspended license.

Waterford

Phillip Wiggins, 52, of 28 Linden St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license, alcohol related.

Alexander Esteves, 22, of 7 Sunnicrest, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of marker plates, failure to carry proof of insurance and possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.
