Groton Town

Christopher Polen, 25, of 27 Howard St., Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Elizabeth Hanson, 22, of 31 Washington Dr., Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, driving under suspicion, and possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.

New London

Matthew T. Silva, 40, of 6 Fawn's Meadow Road, Oakdale, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.

Keith Mclennon, 39, of 9 Pearl St., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

Harry W. Brown, 59, of 29 Ledge Road, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of marker plates, driving without insurance and failure to drive right.

Jose Lopez-Arevalo, 27, of 34 Rosemary St., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of marker plates, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

William D. Texter, 54, of 70 Connecticut Ave., was charged Friday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, misuse of marker plates and failure to signal before turning.

Stonington

Mary Ellen Clutter, 48, of 56 Broad St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Kathleen Ranee Lowe-Santoro, 18, of 5 Wilford Ct., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

David J. Berdyk, 20, of of 5 Wilford Ct., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.
