Bed bugs not as bad as pesticides to kill them

Don't be scared by bed bugs. There are safe ways to control them. Be more concerned about toxic pesticides.
Bed bugs are making a comeback, there's no doubt about that. But are they really as bad as we are being told? If they are in your home then the answer is certainly yes.
However, I would be more concerned about the long-term effects of the chemicals used to kill them.
We are being told that we need toxic pesticides to kill them, but we are not being told the risks to our children and other family members by using these toxic pesticides.
There are many safe, natural plant oil pesticides that kill bed bugs more effectively than the toxic chemicals that the mainline pest control companies want to use. I would strongly advise everyone to make their pest control companies tell them the risks of using chemicals in their homes. Ask for the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). If they can't show it to you, show them the door.
Please don't expose your family to unnecessary risks. There are safe, effective alternatives. Ask for them.
