The Washington Post reported that there were 87,000 people at Glenn Beck's gathering in Washington D.C., which was more accurate than the other papers, including The Day and mainstream media, which reported "tens of thousands." In fact, there were 500,000 people there, as reported by Fox News and unequivocally proved by aerial photos comparing this one to other gatherings in the same location.
These deliberate deceptions are ongoing and yet the mainstream media wonder why they are losing viewers and subscribers. What ethics do these left-wing publications subscribe to?
Perhaps if they had listened to the speeches given on this day they would have learned something.
Shame on The Day for not doing its own research before printing inaccuracies.
Editor's note: There is no official tally of how many people attended the Beck rally, and the number remains a matter of debate.
