Groton Town - Shannon A. Manosh, 23, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving a motor vehicle without insurance and misuse of license plates.

Montville

John Barber, 27, of 24 Yerrington Ave., Norwich, was charged Monday with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drinking while operating a vehicle, failure to drive right and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

New London

Estael Charles, 48, of 54 Montauk Ave., was charged Sunday with criminal impersonation, operating under suspension and no insurance.

Joao Silva, 27, of 10 Old Salem Road, Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling fast and failure to drive in an established lane.

Albino Miquel, 31, 151 Connecticut Ave., was charged Monday with failure to respond to infraction, criminal impersonation and three counts of second-degree forgery.

Norwich

Lester Fantauzzi, 23, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, interfering with police and failure to submit to fingerprints.

Aaron Correy, 40, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with creating a public disturbance and interfering with police.

Taneha Eason, 31, of Waterbury, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, operating under suspension and defective tail light.

Jeffrey Johns, 33, of 150 Yantic St., was charged Sunday with evading responsibility and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

John Poinson Jr., 31, of 15 Lester Ave., was charged Sunday with stop sign violation, operating under suspension, failure to maintain minimum insurance and operating unregistered motor vehicle.

State Police - Montville

Lee Bromley, 45, of Carolina, R.I., was charged Sunday in Mashantucket with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Robert Wood, 49, of 40 Lamphere Road, Mystic, was charged Sunday with operating under the influence and traveling too fast for conditions.
