Harvey L. Wilhelm, 44, of 303 Mohegan Park Road, unit 141, Norwich, was charged Monday with violation of probation.
Earl Colebut III, 53, of 70 Farmington Ave. 3L, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlamps lit.

Matthew Lambert, 24, of Wiilimantic, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility.
