Groton Town

Jonathan Tobey, 27, of 22 Warner St., Norwich, was charged Monday with third-degree larceny.

Diane Tinagero, 52, of 53 South Road, Unit 1B, was charged Monday with third-degree forgery and third-degree larceny.

Harvey L. Wilhelm, 44, of 303 Mohegan Park Road, unit 141, Norwich, was charged Monday with violation of probation.

New London

Earl Colebut III, 53, of 70 Farmington Ave. 3L, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlamps lit.

Paul E. Lapointe, 45, of 53 Shaw St. Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

Melissa Ann Crickmore, 22, of 43 Terrace Ave. #2, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and making an improper left turn.

Brandon G. Stephenson, 22, of 56 Greencliff Drive, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of public housing and possession of drug paraphernalia. (Note: This corrects the charges listed in the original posting.)

Norwich

Terrell Little, 22, of 34 Sunnyside Ave., was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Michael Tetreault, Sr., 57, of 42 Lincoln Ave., was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation.

Jason Preston, 37, of 600 Boswell Ave., was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and third-degree assault.

Lamont Barnwell, 38, of 1591 Norwich-New London Turnpike, was charged Wednesday with three counts of sale of crack cocaine.

State Police - Montville

Deana Kirby, 40, of 97 Hunters Road, Norwich, was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

David B. Dixon, 41, of 76 Elderkin Ave., Groton, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to carry registration and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Waterford

Matthew Lambert, 24, of Wiilimantic, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility.
