Michael Evans, 43, of 146 Farmington Ave., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility and reckless driving.

Mark Hammett, 31, of 202 Coleman St., New London, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephanie L. Bliss, 19, of 41 Hawthorne Drive #4, New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain proper lane and reckless driving.

Florencio Camacho, 46, of 856 Bank. St., New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and risk of injury to a minor.

William W. Licciardi, 31, of 17 Maple Ave. Extension, Uncasville, was charged Friday with making an improper turn and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kevin Morse, 53, of 202 Route 2A, Preston, was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unsafe movement, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, having no insurance and driving with a suspended license.

Lance J. Sadosky, 34, of 47 Ridgeview Circle, was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Jasmine Reyes, 20, of New Haven, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jeffrey Miller, 28, of Willimantic, was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multi-lane highway.
