The Saturday morning calendars for Mayor Peter Nystrom, City Council members, City Manager Alan Bergren and several regular meeting participants just got easier.

Team Norwich, the twice monthly economic development workshop sessions now have been merged with the mayor’s other monthly public forums to create the One City Forum. These forums will meet Saturdays, also about twice a month to discuss economic development planning for the city and whatever is on the minds of participating residents.

The first One City Forum will be held Saturday, June 11 at 9 a.m. at 9 a.m. at the East Great (Plain Fire Department at the corner of West Main Street and New London Turnpike. The next meeting will be Saturday, June 25 at 9 a.m. at the city Central Fire Station at 10 North Thames St.

Mayor Nystrom and members of the City Council want to hear from you, so stop by and see them some Saturday morning.
