Jazzercise Fitness Center of Chester would like to welcome two new instructors, Lisa and Maria,to our staff. Jazzercise instructors go through rigorous training to become certified, including physical training that addresses technique, movement and intensity. In addition, each instructor becomes CPR certified and completes an exercise phisiology exam. Once certified, instructors continually attend workshops, seminars and are evaluated annually by Jazzercise, Inc.
