Old Saybrook — The registrars of voters will hold extended hours for voter registration and changes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 22 and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 1.
These sessions are in addition to regular office hours; voter registration can also be done in the town clerk’s office daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Voter registration cards being sent in by mail must be postmarked by Oct. 25 or delivered in person through Nov. 1.
The registrars will also hold a limited voter registration from 9 a.m. to noon on Nov. 7 in the registrars’ office in Town Hall. The limited session is for those who became eligible to vote after Nov. 1, whether because of age, citizenship or residence.
The last day to mail a voter registration card is Oct. 25.
