What are the major issues for your town?

    1. TAXESWhat makes you the best candidate for this office? I believe I am the best candidate for the job because there is no substitute for experience. I have faithfully served the town as a councilman for three terms. What was the last book you read, and what did you think of it? "Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience and Redemption" by Laura Hillenbrand

The state of Connecticut is facing historically difficult economic times. As a result, the local communities including Montville are being forced to do more with less. The demand for services remains high which in turn causes taxes to escalate.

    2. Fire Suppression

It is vital for the safety of our residents and property to have adequate fire suppression capability.

    3. Potable Water

Potable water is a key issue within the region. Many towns are faced with looking for resources to meet the demands of water for their residents.

I have been actively involved with the town during periods of economic growth and decline

I thought the book was a true testament as to the courage and commitment of the men serving in World War II.
