Six months have passed since the senseless death of Ryan O'Loughlin. Nobody has yet to be accountable for his death.
It has been published that Ryan's death was ruled a homicide; that he had a dozen points of trauma on his body suggesting he was beaten and yet six months has passed and we are no further ahead in understanding why this happened or who is responsible.
This is not acceptable.
The Rhode Island Attorney General, Peter Kilmartin, should immediately start the Grand Jury process so those that are responsible will be held accountable for their actions.
