Attorney Brian K. Estep, a member of Conway, Londregan, Sheehan and Monaco law firm, sent a letter to The Day Thursday saying the report, prepared at City Council request, is not a public document and is protected under “communications of the attorney-client relationship.’’
The reader web chat with Mitchell Etess, Chief Executive Officer of the Mohegan Gaming Authority, was held on Thursday, May 24.
