Groton City

Natalie C. Rosa, 24, of 206 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Groton Town

Michael Ruben, 56, of 600 Meridian St. Ext. was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny.

Mark Aliano, 38, of Woburn, Mass., was charged Friday with being a fugitive from justice.

Francis Dagon, 32, of South Windsor, was charged Sunday with third-degree larceny by embezzlement and making a false statement.

New London

Luis Ojeda Jr., 21, of 88 Colman St., was charged Sunday with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Jonathan Acevedo, 22, of 55 South Road, Apt. 7B, Groton, was charged Sunday with possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and second-degree breach of peace.

Roselys Cortorreal, 18, of 97 Green St., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Gertrude Martin-Sylvester, 52, of 93 State Pier Road, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer and sixth-degree larceny.

Elizabeth Guity, 25, of 57 Michael Road, Apt. 11D, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

Norwich

Amber M. Lizotte, 19, of 269 Coomer Hill Road, Dayville, was charged Friday with assault on a disabled person and first-degree criminal trespass.

Chancharay Tyson, 20, of 212 Prospect St., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

State Police - Montville

Keith A. Barr, 37, of 11 Tanglewood Lane, Voluntown, was charged Friday at the Troop E barracks with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael Bowie, 43, of 89 Rockwell St., Norwich, was charged Friday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failing to drive right and violating a yield sign.

Stonington

Kristen N. Wise, 19, of 3 Schilke Drive, Westerly, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive a reasonable distance apart and speeding.
