School bus involved in accident on Route 2 in Pawcatuck; no injuries reported

Stonington —  A school bus carrying students from  Ella T. Grasso Southeastern Technical High School back to Stonington has been involved in an accident on Route 2 in Pawcatuck by Marie Avenue. No injuries are reported and the road remains open at this time.

The accident occurred at 2:42 p.m. and the Pawcatuck Fire Department has responded to contain a fluid spill. Westerly ambulance is also responding to check the students.
