Adam Jackson, 34, of Lacey, Wash., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

New London

Raymond Meneil, 20, of Mathews, N.C., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kathryn Witman-Rivers, 29, of 55 Paul Revere Road, Groton was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and illegal use of a cellphone.

Norwich

David Parent, 44, of 63 Washington St. was charged Friday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Russell Sheppard, 26, of 304 Central Ave. was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

State Police - Montville

James Odrien, 42, of 24 W. Main St., Baltic, was charged Saturday in Sprague with failure to renew registration and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Megan L. Culpepper, 27, of 38 Route 2A, Preston, was charged Sunday in Preston with failure to drive in a proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Sarah Johnson, 32, of 20 Wildwood Drive, Niantic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving too fast for conditions and driving without a license.

Waterford

Haley Stino, 18, of 121 Shore Road, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.
