League of Women Voters to hold elections forum Feb. 6

East Lyme — The League of Women Voters of Southeastern Connecticut will hold a forum called “Improving Elections in Connecticut,” with Secretary of the State Denise Merrill, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 6.

The forum will be held at the East Lyme Senior Center cafeteria, 41 Society Road in Niantic. The forum is free and open to the public.

The forum will include discussions on bringing elections into the 21st century, improving technology and efficiency and cutting costs for towns.
