Eric S. Baczewski, 29, of Hampton, N.H., was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.

State Police - Montville

Randall S. Taggart, 55, of Dorian Drive, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.

New London

Elijah Walker, 22, of 159 Shaw St. was charged Saturday with two counts of failure to appear in court.

Anthony Little, 61, of 19 Jay St. was charged Saturday with second-degree larceny and evading responsibility.

Shaylonda Wallace, 23, of 51-C Jefferson Ave. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

Gwendolyn Tate, 56, of 49 Connecticut Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and driving without a license.

Erik A. Hamler, 18, of 8 David St., Waterford, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended registration.

Norwich

Jimmy Baptiste, 22, of Norman Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
