Groton City

Shannon Smith Virgo, 41, of 59 Jefferson Drive was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.

Christopher E. Obrey, 45, of 16 Spicer Ave. was charged Thursday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

New London

Jennifer M. Hopkins, 35, of 77 Summer St. was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Linda E. Hopkins, 59, of 77 Summer St. was charged Friday with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to sell, possession of prescription drugs not in their original container, possession of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

David C. Hopkins, 39, of 77 Summer St. was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas Oates, 28, of 14 Bristol St., Apt. 9, was charged Friday with first-degree trespass, escape from custody, interfering with an officer and driving with a suspended license.

Terry L. Darden Jr., 26, of 9 Pequot Road, Unit 2, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with interfering with a police officer, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with the intent to sell and possession of crack within 1,500 feet of a school.

Brendon R. McCutcheon, 45, of 29 Georgianna St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace and threatening.

Norwich

David Corbin, 53, of Hartford was charged Friday with driving under suspension.

Peter Maurice, 50, of 72 Merchants Ave. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey officer's signal, driving without a license and following too closely.

Richard Metcalf, 47, of 106 Prospect St. was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

State Police - Montville

Gary Perkins, 41, of 310 Flanders Road, East Lyme, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with criminal violation of a protective order.

Christopher Fontaine, 26, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Wednesday in Montville with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission.

Brandon Collins, 39, of 130 W. Thames St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Joshua Harris, 23, of 18 Ellen Ward Road was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear.

Brent Spicer, 41, of the U.S. Submarine Base, Groton, was charged Thursday with violating a protective order.

Brian Simon, 47, of 8 Soljer Drive was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine.

Daniel Golodner, 49, of 95 Colman St., New London, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Brandon Wadecki, 18, of 12 Boston Post Road was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and two counts of interfering with an officer.
