James and Kristi Anderson of Mystic are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristin Anderson to Aaron Brown. Aaron's parents are Darlene Brown of Waterford and Tom Brown of Niantic.

Kristin, a 2006 Fitch High School graduate, received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Mitchell College in 2010. Kristin works as an assistant manager at Aeropostale.

Aaron, a 2006 Grasso Tech graduate, will receive his bachelor's degree in construction management in May 2012 from New England Tech. Aaron works for Yost Construction.

A Sept. 16, 2012 wedding is planned.
