Groton - Pfizer Inc. has added a fourth building on its research campus to a list of offices and laboratory space it is making available for sale or lease off Eastern Point Road.

The nearly 16,000-square-foot space, a former Pfizer research facility known as Building 288 that the company is seeking to lease, overlooks the Thames River. It includes more than 7,500 square feet of laboratories, according to a brochure available online at http://www.cushwake.com/flyers/Bldg_288.pdf.

Pfizer also has listed the company's original 750,000-square-foot local research headquarters, Building 118, for sale or lease.

It hopes to lease two other spaces as well: Building 286, at 23,800 square feet; and Building 126, which is about twice as big.

Jonathan Putnam of Cushman & Wakefield in Hartford, has been marketing the properties for the past few months.

The office buildings are listed at $11 a square foot, plus all related expenses such as utilities, taxes, maintenance and insurance.
