Groton City

Arthur Hewitt, 32, of Enfield was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny.

Bradley Lopez-Nieves, 22, of 57 Lorenzo St., Apt. B, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespass.

David A. Signs, 29, of 105 Brandegee Ave. was charged Tuesday with failure to appear in court.

New London

Frank A. Kreyssig, 25, of 533 Voluntown Road, Griswold, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Norman R. Riley Jr., 47, of 41 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without insurance.

Dominic A. Millette, 25, of 28 Linden St. was charged Monday with possession of crack cocaine, attempted sale of narcotics, interfering with an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kensel Jean, 55, of 17 Blackhall St., Apt. C, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

Norwich

Trevor Wise, 29, of 305 Great Neck Road, Waterford, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and possession of marijuana.

Amy Thompson, 24, of 175 Branch Hill Road, Preston, was charged Monday with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

State Police - Montville

Jonathan Chang, 22, of 20 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Monday in Griswold with driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and improper passing.

Stonington

Christopher B. Caswell, 54, of 156 Whitehall Ave., Apt 10M, Mystic, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Stephen Hagar, 34, of 58 Stewart Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without insurance and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Matthew Moffitt, 46, of 13 Malavenda Lane, Norwich, was charged Monday with reckless driving, disobeying a police officer's signal, attempting to elude a police officer, interfering with a police officer and driving with a suspended license.

Margaret Casey-Faust, 50, of Hartford was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and driving without registration.
