Ledyard - Ledyard's 2011 grand list, the total of all taxable property in town, stands at $1,099,086,255 - about a 0.66 percent increase over 2010.

The town's top 10 taxpayers represent 7 percent of the town's taxable property. The top 10 taxpayers are:

1. Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation & Gaming Enterprises, $35.8 million

2. Connecticut Light & Power, $14.7 million

3. Styron LLC, $8.8 million

4. Fox Run-Ledyard LLC (Fox Run apartments), $6.8 million

5. Yankee Gas Services, $3 million

6. Riverside Mall Inc., $2.1 million

7. Lake of Isles, $1.8 million

8. Acquiport/Amsdell III Limited U-Store It, $1.8 million

9. Big Night Venues LLC, $1.6 million

10. WMS Gaming, $1.5 million.
