Groton City

Bradley Lopez-Nieves, 22, of 57 Lorenz St., Apt. B, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespass.

David A. Signs, 30, of 105 Brandegee Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Robert Sturgeon, 35, of 22 N. Hawthorne Drive, Unit 2, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Richard Brainard, 49, of 90 Lords Hill Road, Stonington, was charged Wednesday with assault on a public safety officer and second-degree threatening.

David Monroe, 52, of 55 Denison Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Norwich

Kasim Allen, 35, of 25 Terrace Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving under suspension, evading responsibility and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kevin Daniels, 28, of 214 Broad St., New London, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Luther Charles, 48, of 20 N. A St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.

Christina Morrissette, 21, of 15 Ephraim's Place, Mashantucket, was charged Feb. 2 with driving with a suspended license, failure to grant reasonable distance and inadequate insurance.

State Police - Montville

Anh Pham, 44, of New Britain was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving while intoxicated, failure to drive right and driving under suspension.

Richard Marti, 48, of Wethersfield was charged Tuesday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
