Groton Town

Mykall L. Martin, 25, of 67 Ibis Lane, Groton, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Seth A. Helme, 29, of 134 Greenmanville Ave., Apt. B, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended license (alcohol related) and failure to have proof of valid insurance.

Sean D. Maynard, 32, of 11 Blydenburg St., New London, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, illegal storage of narcotics and criminal attempt at possession of narcotics.

New London

Richana Daniels, 27, of 48 Crystal Ave., A38, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor.

Steven A. Wisnieski, 27, of 40 Mackenzie Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear.

Melissa A. Parker, 34, of 21 Lakeside Drive, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Brown, 49, of 33 Tilley St., Apt. 4, was charged Wednesday with first-degree trespass.

Norwich

Jamie Hurley, 23, of Hampton was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Rodney Dolberry, 23, of 5 Terrace Ave., was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and interfering with a 911 call.

Taneesha Sullivan, 28, of New Haven was charged Wednesday with violation of probation, second-degree threatening, second-degree harassment, fourth-degree attempted larceny and third-degree forgery.

Christopher Trombley, 32, of 19 Lower Bartlett Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Alaina Wright, 25, of 28 Merchant Ave., Unit 5, Taftville, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Nathaniel Congress, 30, of 28 Merchant Ave., Unit 5, Taftville, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Peter M. Paolera, 19, of 53 Lathrop Road, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear.

Nicole Shaw, 22, of Oneco was charged Wednesday in Griswold with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Melvin T. Reber, 39, of 14 Millaras Drive, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Norwich with evading responsibility.

Richard W. Lapierre, 51, of 36 Soule St., Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear.

Anh Duong, 37, of East Hampton was charged Tuesday in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear.

Ryan K. Busque, 31, of 39 Kinsman Hill Extension, Apt. B, Lisbon, was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with breach of peace.

Stonington

Hoyt B. Moyles, 51, of New Britain was charged Thursday with evading responsibility and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Andrew B. Chiappone, 32, of 98 W. Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Sonya D. Davis, 41, of 156 Whitehall Ave., Apt. 1, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

Waterford

Brandy Pelliccio, 36, of 27 Crosswinds Drive, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Peterson Appolon, 19, of 176 Shaw St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to illuminate registration.

Sebastian Contino, 58, of 86 Hunters Ave., Taftville, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Steven Kersey, 35, of 15 Wild Rose Place was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation.
