On Sunday, Feb. 26 at 2 p.m. Friends of Scranton Library invites patrons to think summer with a visit to Scranton Library in Madison for a program titled "Elizabeth Park: The Botanical Gem of the Hartford Park System," presented by Connecticut resident Kathleen Kraczkowsky, president of the Friends of Elizabeth Park. The program will include images of summer roses and a history of the founding of the park along with other interesting details about a must-see attraction very close to home.
