Brooklyn resident trooper Trotter arrested and charged Jamar Campbell, 31, of Bronx, N.Y., with 53 counts of first-degree forgery and sixth-degree attempted larceny after he allegedly used fake money at a business along Route 6 around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
