Groton Town

Phillip R. Murray, 37, of 204 Scotland Road, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with two counts of violation of a protective order.

Christopher F. Furlong, 21, of 25 Greenwood St. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Montville

Charles Z. Dugas, 25, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

New London

Hilda Morales, 44, of 57 Nob Hill Road, Apt. A, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and threatening.

Milton Rivera, 60, of 28 Minor St., Groton, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Joshua Ford, 29, of 47 Elderkin Ave., Groton, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

David P. Laskarzewski, 52, of 96 Green St., Apt. 2C, was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Crystal Curtis, 25, of 19 Jay St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Norwich

Rodrick C. Hawes, 46, of Waterbury was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Jordan A. Nicholas, 18, of 111 River Ave. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Catherine R. Williams, 21, of 108 Central Ave. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

State Police - Montville

Dennis J. Nolan Jr., 44, of 17L Lakeside Drive, Ledyard, was charged Thursday in Groton with violation of a protective order.

Joshua M. Bloom, 31, of Ballouville was charged Thursday in Lisbon with driving with a suspended license and failure to have headlights lit.

Devin Moynihan, 21, of 1 Pine Woods Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday in Montville with violation of a protective order.

Mellissa Bird, 23, of Dayville was charged Wednesday in Montville with no insurance, driving with a suspended license, possession of narcotics not in their original container, possession of narcotics and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.

Oswald Pereira, 55, of Yonkers, N.Y., was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain lane and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Michael Penardo, 66, of 2181 Route 32, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with fourth-degree sexual assault.

Terrence Wood, 60, of Madison was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Gerald R. Young, 20, of no known address was charged Sunday in Montville with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear.

Stonington

Brian P. Kelleher, 35, of Bradford, R.I., was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.
