John Estelle, assistant vice president for commercial lending for the Norwich-based Dime Bank, has graduated from the Connecticut School of Finance & Management, a two-year bank management training program sponsored by the Connecticut Bankers Association.

More than 2,000 bankers have graduated from the school during its 51-year history. The program is designed to increase the knowledge of the students in their own specialties and introduce them to a wide range of banking topics.

Established in 1869, the Dime Bank is a mutual bank with more than $700 million in assets and 11 branch locations in Connecticut and Westerly.
