Todd M. Cambio, a Stonington fitness expert and owner of Precision Fitness in Pawcatuck, is a contributing author to the newly released book called "The Ultimate Guide to Weight Training for Running" (Price World Publishing, $17.00).

In the book, Cambio explains how myofascial release through the use of a foam roller can reduce pain and inflammation before and after training. He includes
