Andre Thomas, 20, of 92 Truman St., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and risk of injury to, or impairing the morals of, a minor.

Christopher Stevens, 52, of 128 Huntington St., was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Jose Lobos, 26, of 16 Chester St., was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Phillip James Costello, 25, of 89 Hawthorne Drive North, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and threatening.

Seth Panucci, 25, of 74 Chestnut Hill Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and going the wrong way on a one-way.

Ledyard

Jeremy Traxler, 21, of 3 Hickory Drive, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Montville

Kahshan Berry, 26, of 11 Idaho St., Oakdale, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, risk of injury to, or impairing the morals of, a minor, and disorderly conduct.

James A. Turner, 30, of 272 Chesterfield Road, Oakdale, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling too fast.

Erich McManus, 26, of 11 Idaho St., Oakdale, was charged Saturday with risk of injury to, or impairing the morals of, a minor and disorderly conduct.

Norwich

Jose E. Ramos, 29, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Saturday with brandishing a facsimile of a firearm, breach of peace and failure to respond to an infraction.

David Hooper, 40, of 164 Salem Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with two counts of violation of probation.

Tashi Wongdi, 44, of New York, N.Y., was charged Thursday in Mashantucket with first-degree criminal trespass, criminal impersonation, breach of peace and threatening.

Thomas C. Alwill, 33, of 203 S. Burnham Highway, Lisbon, was charged Sunday in Ledyard with driving under suspension, failure to have proof of valid insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Jason Dunn, 24, of Meriden, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and speeding.

Stonington

Christine C. Dispirito, 23, of Shelton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

Scott Bedard, 49, of 234 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Sean Toomey, 28, of 3 Miner Lane was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.
