Edward J. Quinlan, 54, of 1290 North Road, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree sexual assault and breach of peace.

Ledyard

Angel L. Rosa, 38, of 50 Palmer St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with issuing a bad check.

New London

Julius J. Cluff, 24, of 30 Montauk Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with three counts of possession of heroin, three counts of sale of heroin and three counts of possession of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school.

Timothy F. Miller, 48, of 87 Branford Ave., Apt. 9, Groton, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving while using a handheld electronic device.

Danny Vandergrift, 28, of 80 Maple Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with breach of peace, second-degree assault, third-degree assault and criminal mischief.

David Rodriguez-Luna, 18, of 57 Alger Place was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.
