You know you've hit the big time when people start suing you.

Chris Daughtry was recently sued by three musicians who had been in the band Absent Element with Daughtry before he competed on "American Idol." The trio say they wrote four songs - including "Home" - that eventually became big, fat hits for Daughtry post-"Idol."

Daughtry actually made a reference to the suit during a concert last week, introducing the song "Home" as something he wrote with "a few buddies; me, myself, and I."

Oh, Chris Daughtry, you are a scamp!

The band Daughtry continues its "Break the Spell" tour with a Saturday concert at MGM Grand at Foxwoods. The tour is in support of their new CD titled - surprise! - "Break the Spell."

- KRISTINA DORSEY

Daughtry, 8 p.m. Saturday, MGM Grand
at Foxwoods; $75-$95; 1-866-646-0609.
