Jerry Phelps, 27, of 19 Grand St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Jorge Bardales, 48, of 17 Addison St. was charged Friday with second-degree threatening.

David W. Clavette, 24, of Woodstock was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Bianca Carpenter, 27, of 1 Merling Drive, Groton, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to illuminate head lamps.

Lloyd D. Whitman Jr., 49, of 158 Bank St. was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree trespass and possession of burglar tools.

Nancy L. Dunn, 34, of 23 Wild Rose Ave., Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and cellphone violation.

Michael D. Langloys, 40, of 198 Ocean Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and cellphone violation.

Dennis H. Higgins, 49, of 288 Ocean Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Anthony Little, 54, of no known address was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Jamaal Hairston, 30, of Hartford was charged Friday with issuing a bad check, fourth-degree larceny and fraudulent use of an ATM.

Thomas Mahatha, 24, of Mooresboro, N.C., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of sale of crack cocaine.

Waterford

Brian Fitzpatrick, 40, of Waterbury was charged Thursday with violation of probation and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Gregory Delossantos, 47, of 31 Vivian St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.
