Romney's 'strength' isn't an asset

E. Thomas McClanahan's April 19 column, "Romney is stronger than he may appear," should give us all food for thought, and a big serving at that.
There's no doubt that Mr. Romney is a strong candidate. Also, heaven forbid, that there would ever be a discussion on his tax return. Isn't it nice that this person, who just might be our leader, likes to fire people could care less about the poor?
Where did this individual come from? If it was the moon, I'd be happy to give him free passage - one way, on course.
