William H. Peirson, 46, of 8 Florence Drive, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

Emerson H. Fitch, 23, of Whitehall Ave., Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Gary A. Feld-Calverley, 22, of 40 Broadway, Norwich, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation.

Ledyard

Mary Hicks, 49, of 45 Toll Gate Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Deborah Turner, 48, of 48 Sandy Hollow Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Montville

Kenneth Thompson, 46, of Lathrop Road, was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Jason R. Shepard, 34, of 265 Elm St., was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

William A. Shanks, 22, of Washington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and traveling unreasonably fast.

Sara Primo, 28, of 19 Sleepy Hollow Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics and failure to keep narcotics in their original container.

Melissa N. Coe, 21, of 262 Ocean Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to grant the right-of-way, failure to carry a license and driving on a sidewalk.

Jose Rivera, 31, of 158 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry an insurance card.

Ray Morgan, 53, of 303 Mohegan Park Road, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Jose Rivera, 40, of 42-B Fountain St., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

Juan A. Osorio, 23, of 33 Lee Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Michael C. Dipollina, 43, of 55 Hunts Brook Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage.

Michael Cavasino, 30, of 978 Ekonk Hill Road, Voluntown, was charged Saturday with reckless driving, engaging an officer in pursuit and passing in a no-passing zone.

Richard E. House, 24, of 201B Yantic St., Norwich, was charged Saturday in Preston with interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct.

Edson Michel 23, of 369½ Central Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday in Mashantucket with criminal impersonation, interfering with a police officer, driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Jerry Joinville, 21, of 369½ Central Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with criminal impersonation and interfering with a police officer.
