New London

Francisco Andino, 33, of 66 Jefferson Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, carrying a dangerous weapon and second-degree threatening.

Derek Tyrseck, 46, of 264 Cove Road, Stonington, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

State Police - Montville

Kenneth Gagnier, 27, of 7 Gair Court, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

Wayne Lachapelle, 48, of Voluntown was charged Monday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, speeding and evading responsibility.

David Riley, 56, of 373 Route 184, North Stonington, was charged Monday in North Stonington with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Hernan Chimelis, 27, of 46 Mechanic St., Griswold, was charged Sunday in Griswold with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Katelyn Chouinard, 27, of Paxton, Mass., was charged Sunday in Lisbon with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a controlled substance and sixth-degree larceny.

Stonington

Justin C. Roberts, 28, of 45 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, traveling too fast for conditions and driving a motorcycle without a license.

Waterford

Nicholas Hander, 21, of 37 Spring St., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions.

Kyle Prentice, 23, of 29 Vivian St. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Adam Romeo, 24, of 11 Viets St., New London, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions.

Austin Marlowe, 19, of 396 Boston Post Road was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, operating a motorcycle without a permit or head gear and illegal seating with new driver as passenger.
