East Lyme

William Havrda, 21, of 45 Hillcrest Road was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling fast for conditions and failure to drive right.

Ledyard

Corey Laplace, 21, of 13 Michael Lane was charged Tuesday with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

New London

Kerry McQuay, 47, of 13 Fitch Ave. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and interfering with an officer.

Edward P. Bright, 34, of 19 Jay St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Gilberto Olvencia, 25, of 161 Ocean Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening, breach of peace and misuse of 911.

Jeffrey M. Travis, 25, of 176 Fourth St., Norwich ,was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Lisa Martinez, 37, of 70 Farmington Ave., Apt. 2L, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Angela R. Lamperelli, 22, of 190 Broad St., Apt. 5, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Matthew J. Lane, 41, of 461 Bank St., Apt. P3, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Norwich

James Alveras, 22, of 82 Taftville-Occum Road was charged Tuesday with driving without headlights and driving with a suspended license.

Rousell Hypolite, 28, of 38 Thirteenth St. was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Kimberly Brown, 31, of 31 Cliff St. was charged Tuesday with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

State Police - Montville

Josiah Lepage, 19, of 559 Stone Hill Road, Jewett City, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

Millard Norton, 36, of Baltic was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Peter Niles, 21, of 182 Dunham St., Norwich, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to carry proper insurance.
