When I microwaved this take-out dish at home, it became one messy, gooey plate of deliciousness. Loved it. The ricotta and fresh mozzarella oozed their way into a wonderful taste combo, punctuated by spinach, tomatoes and pasta. The piece de resistance was the just-right vodka sauce - not too heavy, yet with enough flavor to give the dish a bit of a zing. The whole shebang cost $9.50, and that should last you two meals. If, perchance, B of E is out of the spinach lasagna when you stop by, try the Chicken Paulo. This new dish rolls breaded chicken cutlets, smoked gouda and mozzarella into medallions, placed in a wonderful tomato sauce. The Chicken Paulo is $10.99.
