CITIZENS BANK OWNER UPS ITS STUDENT LOANS

RBS Citizens Financial Group Inc., which operates Citizens Banks in the region, has expanded student lending across the 48 contiguous states.

Eligible students must be enrolled at least half-time in a four-year undergraduate or graduate program.

With its expansion, the bank is making its Trufit Student Loan available to people outside of the 12 states served by Citizens Bank and other areas served by RBS's Midwest division known as Charter One.
