Groton police investigating theft at construction site

Groton – Police are looking for information after a thief or thieves stole $3,000 worth of construction and power tools from a trailer at a construction site on Tautog Street.

Groton Long Point Police said Monday that the incident, at a residential construction site, remains under investigation. Anyone with information regarding those involved in suspicious sales of construction or power tools in the area is encouraged to contact the police department at (860) 536-4921.
